Jon Rogers

Jon Rogers

Creative Director and Managing Partner

Jon has over 20 years’ experience delivering digital and creative projects across industries from aviation, automotive, heritage and retail. He has led innovative and creative teams for KLM Airlines, Lotus Cars, the UN, Petrofac, and more - winning a Princess Royal Training Award for his successful projects.

With experience and methodology in combining storytelling and music composition with commercial clients, he enjoys combining immersive technology with a high quality, collaborative-led approach to ensure projects are well designed, work well, continuously engaging and delivered to the highest standard.

James Burrows

James Burrows

Technical Director and Managing Partner

With more than two decades of experience in highly technical roles, James began his career within the UK Government’s Cabinet Office, moving into the private sector, working across publishing and digital marketing before moving into creative and immersive technology.

He has led development teams in multiple digital agencies and worked as both a freelance developer and technology consultant, building a career defined by innovation and a passion for emerging technologies. An early adopter of VR and AR, James co-founded Infinite Form (formerly Immersive VR) in 2015. He has since helped deliver cutting-edge digital experiences for clients including IKEA, Ericsson, Visa, Yamaha and Microsoft, and carries that wealth of experience forward into Far From Square's vision for creative technology that informs, inspires and connects.

Lucy Spaull

Lucy Spaull

Production Director and Managing Partner

With over 15 years’ experience across creative agencies and technology studios, Lucy brings a strong blend of creative understanding and operational leadership. She has led the delivery of complex, high-value projects, ensuring they meet creative ambition while remaining commercially and operationally sound.

Lucy has overseen international projects spanning 360° film, augmented reality activations, and large-scale immersive installations. Working with global brands including Mazda, Pret, Visa, and Häagen-Dazs, her role has spanned operational strategy, resourcing, budgeting, and delivery oversight across multi-disciplinary teams, while building long-term client relationships.
