Virtual Reality Safety Training for Amcor
These guys were incredible! We use it every week, it's a major part of our training now.
Our VR Safety Dojo for Amcor places employees inside a realistic forklift safety scenario without exposing them to real-world risk. Specially recorded on-site 360° footage is combined with CGI and interactive elements, allowing learners to identify hazards and experience the potential consequences of unsafe decisions.
Instead of passively reading guidance or watching a presentation, employees are directly involved in the scenario. They look, decide and respond for themselves, helping safety procedures become practical behaviours rather than information that is simply remembered for a test.
Behavioural Learning for the British Red Cross
For the British Red Cross, we explored a very different kind of learning challenge: what stops someone from helping when they see another person in difficulty?
Being the Bystander is a 360° VR experience that puts viewers inside the thoughts and emotions of passengers facing a difficult choice on a train.
I almost feel like I've experienced it so in the future, I'd know what to do.
The experience examines the uncertainty and social pressures behind the bystander effect and was used in clinical trials and featured within a research paper.
